Conversion to Variable Frequency Drives (VDFS)

Under some conditions, such as few control steps or varying process/ambient conditions, GEA recommends converting to VFDs. This modifies fan motor control from single or double speed to more precise variable speed (approximately 20% to 110%) motor control to optimize operation of the ACC in extreme ambient conditions.
